EAR NOSE AND THROAT SURGEON

Mr Thavakumar Subramaniam is a fully trained Consultant Otolaryngologist, Head & Neck Cancer Surgeon.

He graduated from the National University of Ireland Galway in 2010. Pursuing a career in surgery, he completed his Higher Surgical Training (SpR) in Ireland with the Royal College of Surgeons (RCSI). 

His subspecialty training includes a Fellowship in Advanced Head and Neck Cancer Surgery, Facial & Airway Reconstructive Surgery & Robotic Cancer Surgery at the McGill University Health Centre, Montreal, Canada. 

Mr Thavakumar has a Master’s degree in Surgery (RCSI) and a research MD on medical devices, neuromodulation and tinnitus treatment with Trinity College Dublin. His teaching portfolio includes appointments with the Royal College of Surgeons and Trinity College Dublin as a clinical lecturer in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.

Mr Thavakumar accepts referrals for both adult and paediatric patients with all aspects of ENT related issues. His main subspeciality focus is head and neck cancer surgery.
